Oblivion's Covet

An ancient group tasked with both hiding and preserving Vampire culture, the Oblivion's Covet (Or simply 'The Covet') are less a 'kingdom' and more an organization. They have sects in every major city, providing their fellow embraced with a steady supply of blood until they get themselves situated. They're a secretive group, only revealing themselves outright to humanity if absolutely necessary, but even then they typically refuse to show themselves out of fear of the Prince.
